1. Scope of Data Collection

During this customer discovery phase, fyscal collects only standard identity metrics (including name, company, country, role and size) to contextualize and prepare for 20-minute workflow discovery calls. We do NOT ask for, nor should you upload, active enterprise credentials, confidential financial sheets, or live customer pricing sheets.

2. Tracking and Attribution Technologies

We employ provider-independent session parameters to trace marketing effectiveness (such as custom UTM structures). If, and only if, explicit user consent is given via our cookie selection banner, optional third-party integrations (including Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight tag) may load dynamically to measure campaign conversion rates.

3. Webhook Handling and Payload Disclosures

All qualification details submitted on this site are validated on server-side Next.js route endpoints and instantly forwarded to our secure internal lead-capture destination. fyscal does not save or log payload identities inside application containers, log registries, or local development stores to minimize accidental exposure.

4. Data Retention and Rectification

If you have submitted your details and wish to immediately purge or correct our records, please reach out directly through our contact form. We aim to process standard data removal requests within two business days.
